When he was 19-years-old, Tom Ince left Liverpool, the club he had played for since he was 16, and joined Blackpool.
In the summer of 2012, following good form, Ince was linked with a move away from the club and possibly with a return to Liverpool. Blackpool beat Millwall 2-0 and Ince scored both goals. He celebrated the second by kissing the badge.
His father and now manager, Paul Ince, famously kissed the Liverpool badge after scoring a late goal against his former club, Manchester United, during the 1998-1999 season. The goal put a dent in United’s title challenge as they chased the then unprecedented treble.
